Seattlites Ready for SNOW?

17 January // CenterpiecesCompetitionsGeneralMulti-BlockSportsThemed

Old Mother Nature is lending a hand and providing some true wintery weather for us right now. Many are probably feeling terribly inconvenienced but we’d like to offer a nod of the hat at the ice and snow we deal with every day at the ‘office’.

Lake Chelan’s Winter Fest 2011

04 January // Competitions

Just as winter has solidly taken hold of the Upper North West, so too does Lake Chelan decide that it is the perfect opportunity to celebrate! We will again be joining in the celebration by sculpting multitudes of ice blocks, and Justin will be competing in both the Single and Multi-Block Ice Sculpting Competition.

From Tuesday, January 11th through Friday the 14th you can see giant ice crystals, enormous flames and oversized two-person chairs emerge from the ice!

Don’t forget about the excitement of competition! Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be filled with ice sculpting competitions…

The excitement of Winter Fest also includes Sleigh Rides, Live Music, Karaoke, Wine Walks, Fireworks and more!

And did I forget to mention the 10,000 lb Ice Wall that Steve will be building set behind a 12 foot long Ice Bar? We’ll look forward to seeing you there!
