For the better part of this year, behind the scenes and unbeknownst to all of our wonderful customers, we have been working hard to have our Ice Sculpting pass Washington State Department of Agriculture Food Safety Approval. That day has come! All of our ice now meets WSDA standards of food safety.

Steve and Justin will be headed to Canada this afternoon, joining their good friend and colleague Dean Carlson, owner of Styled Ice out of West Palm Springs, Florida. The mission – to check up on a problematic ice CNC machine. His visit might also result in spontaneous production of non-business related ice sculptures around the shop as well… we’ll keep you posted!
